In the Desert
In 2017 I traveled with my mother and brother to Eilat and on the way we stopped at the Great Crater.
A few weeks earlier, my grandfather had handed me his legendary camera, the same one with which he had photographed all his and our memories over the years. For this trip I took the camera with me, with a black and white film I bought and started filming my own memories.

So many people have photographed this crater, and rightly so,
because it has everything the urban person is looking for;
Silence. Infinite horizon. Powerful nature.

Through these photographs I manage to concentrate back to the same desert feeling: a peace of mind with a touch of a threatening sandstorm that can bust at any moment, and in that way, makes you appreciate every second of peace you get.
That is the memory I share with you.
